Registration for both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services is located on the first floor of Parthenon Pavilion at 2401 Parman Place. Patient registration staff can be reached at 342-1429 Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 19:30p.m. After hours and on weekends, call 342-1450 for admission information.

When you come for your appointment with the Community Assistance Program, please bring your health insurance card with you.

Patient Registration staff will do the following:

• Verify insurance and mental health benefits
• Obtain the contact phone number for pre-certification of care
• Make self-pay arrangements for those without mental health coverage
